State of the Neighborhood Annual Spring Meeting

May 16, 2017 ENA

Thursday, May 25 – 7 pm

Central Lutheran Church
1000 Easton Rd

Gather, network, and hear the latest news and inside scoops on neighborhood news.

Pay your membership dues and pick up one of our new Eastwood Neighborhood Resident car stickers.

Speaker: Eastwood resident Amy Martin, author of Itchy Business: How to Treat the Poison Ivy and Poison Oak Rash, Prevent Exposure and Eradicate the Plant, will give a short humorous talk and answer all your questions about this most reviled plant. Martin will regale with the top 10 weird facts about poison ivy, pop numerous myths about the plant and rash, and share her strangest stories, like monks who mummified themselves drinking the plant and black lacquer refined from its resin.
